Product, price, volume, market, standards. On the first call we tell you whether it is buildable at your number, and if it is not, what has to change.
The fabric
Yarn, knit, shade, hand feel, shrinkage. We develop the cloth with the mill before a factory is even chosen, because the fabric decides the costing, not the other way round.
The cost
An open sheet. Fabric, trim, CMT, freight and our fee, every line visible. If you cannot see how a price was built, you cannot argue with it.
The sample
Proto, fit, size set, pre production. One calendar, one owner, no surprises in week nine.
The floor
Yarn booked, line loaded, inline inspection from cutting to packing. Photographs from the machine every week, not one final audit that finds the problem too late.
The container
Final AQL, packing, documents, dispatch. Everything your customs officer will ask for, before they ask.
